*TEACHER INCENTIVE ALOTTMENT At YES Prep, we want to retain high-performing teachers in the place where they can have the greatest impact: the classroom. Through our Teacher Pathway, we reward our highest performing teachers with yearly stipends, differentiated development and coaching, and unique opportunities to flex their influence. YES Prep is also a TEA Teacher Incentive Allotment approved district. Teachers in eligible courses can earn up to an additional $32,000 a year if designated under TIA based on their performance on our Instructional Excellence Rubric and student growth for 5 years if they remain in the classroom. This means that based on our teacher salary scale and TIA designation payouts, a TIA designated teacher could earn the following:
