The Role
IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated Human Capital Associate to join our growing Human Capital Team. The Associate will work closely with the Managing Director of Human Capital, and the rest of the team to execute on day-to-day Human Capital needs and Employee Experience initiatives. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with IEQ’s recruiting process; source candidates for open requisitions utilizing various avenues and tracking the metrics via our applicant tracking system, maintain job postings, schedule interviews for various team members, ensure candidates do not fall through the crack and create exceptional candidate experience.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of new hires; completing I9s, coordinating technology set up, assist with onboarding orientations, schedule training session, submit background checks etc.
- Coordinate various HR requests through our HRIS.
- Track and update federal, state, and local labor-law postings in all locations; assist with policy revisions.
- Assist with various audits and other compliance initiatives.
- Assist in a variety of employee and firm-wide recognition initiatives; birthdays, kudos, firm-wide anniversary gifts etc.,
- Event coordination; play a major role in coordinating firm-wide and team specific events
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience supporting fast-paced, high-performing team, ideally in a Human Resources capacity
- Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an everchanging, fast-paced environment
- High-level of integrity and discretion is a must
- Experience anticipating needs and issues
- Must have high attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional relationship building skills both inside and outside of the organization
