REGISTERED NURSE - RN Case Manager

Retention Bonus of $2,500

We seek a skilled, caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team to oversee medical care; maintain electronic medical records; provide phone and in-person nursing triage; advocate on behalf of individuals regarding medical appointments and other clinical functions and support our direct care staff. This position is a mix of hands-on nursing care and administrative tasks.

Full-time position, working days Monday - Friday, with some flexibility in hours and limited remote work available. Local travel required with mileage reimbursement provided.

Valid NYS Registered Nurse and driver's license required. Previous nursing experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.
