Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processingAnalyze customer accounts for payment issues and discrepanciesGenerate and distribute customer invoicesReconcile customer and vendor accountsFollow up on collections and properly apply paymentsEnter non-EDI wholesale ordersProcess employee expense reportsPrepare and file sales and use tax returnsPrepare journal entries and support the month-end closeProvide general support across the finance and accounting function
What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in accounting or financeStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with QuickBooks OnlineStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience with Avalara is a plus
