Global Commercialization Manager, Strategic Accounts – New York, New York

In support of this mission, the Pricing team is looking for a versatile, analytical leader to enable the transformation of our $3+ Billion Retail Business. This person will be a member of the Global Commercialization team and report directly to our Global Commercialization Director.
The team has three clear mandates: Strategy & Growth, Capabilities & Enablement, and Operational Excellence. This role will have ownership and accountability of initiatives across all 3 mandates, including the design of new pricing for North America Key Accounts, the scaling of new pricing capabilities across multiple regions, tracking performance of Key, Strategic Accounts, and supporting the sales team with Key Account renewals. The Global team partners closely with our Local teams to integrate all aspects of our commercial decisions and deliver tangible results for the business.
A successful person in this role will have a strong analytical background, experience in a B2B environment, comfort working across geographies and business models to tailor the right solution to the teams.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic & regional account plans in partnership with NA Sales in line with Annual Planning cadence
- Support deal review and renewals of Strategic & Regional accounts
- Consolidate Revenue & Performance impact for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Troubleshoot and diagnose pricing related opportunities with Strategic & Regional Accounts
Role Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate across a full organization in a highly dynamic nature.
- Ability to lead people and build teams.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics and the use of analytics to solve business problems.
- Comfort level and experience with SQL and PowerBI.
- Previous experience in the global remittance space is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree. MBA is preferred.

Salary
The on-target earning range is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, which includes a base salary and variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications,. skills and competencies.
