About the role

The objective of the role is to:

  • Work closely with the Customer Engagement Leads to co-create global customer-centric integrated, omnichannel strategy and content plan;

  • Work closely with EP Commercial Lead, Global matrix team and local markets to deliver an urology telemedicine pilot aimed at addressing key strategic pillars and trialling a new marketing model for established brands; and

  • Embody and drive a behavioural shift to placing our customer (HCPs, patients and carers) in the centre of everything we do across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Customer Engagement Leads, Digital Marketing teams, Global and Regional Medical, Compliance, Legal, Commercial Trade Channel teams & key markets to:

  • Lead urology customer-centric integrated omnichannel engagement strategy & content plan to drive behaviour shifts & SOV for Customers, Patients, Carers and Pharmacists;

  • Provide value-adding and data-driven customer insights;

  • Develop new and repurpose existing promotional content with external creative agencies in accordance with global brand planning timelines for Established Pharmaceuticals;

  • Manage resources and A&P spends in the most efficient way with constant measurement of ROI and improvement;

  • Embody an agile mentality – courage to test, learn and fail fast; and

  • Ensure adherence to the highest standards in quality, compliance, ethical standards and company Codes.

Work within Urology team to:

  • Align omnichannel strategy and content plan to P&L strategy and initiatives;

  • Support the development and roll-out of global urology promotional material to local markets;

  • Develop and roll out pharmacy, congress communication and engagement

  • Facilitate regular business performance reviews with key markets and to refine strategy based on the insights from these markets;

  • Special projects as designated by EP Commercial Lead.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Min 8 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Trade Marketing/Commercial role;

  • Bachelor degree in science, medical, marketing or business administration

  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, routes of customer and stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in developing programs/solutions/content for customers;

  • Experience in dynamic content effectiveness preferred;

  • Confident communicator in storytelling mode, influencer, and facilitator to work in multi-matrix and multi-cultural teams across diverse geographies, cultures and time zones;

  • Strong accountability and adaptability mindset to deliver high quality outcomes with a constructive attitude under high pressure environment;

  • Strong creativity and critical thinking to create relevant content for customers in existing and in new healthcare ecosystems.
