In your pivotal role as Associate Program Manager, you will handle faculty recruiting to include event planning, travel arrangements, and perform general admin logistics of faculty recruiting.REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s (or equivalent experience)
• Prefer 2-3 years of experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Experience with REDCap, Concur and WorkDay is a PLUS!
This position will work on site at the VUMC Medical Arts building on 21st Ave. and will work Monday-Friday, traditional daytime business hours, 8-5.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
• Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
