The Opportunity:

Are you looking to help transform the way a user interacts with prototypes, simulations, and analytical systems? As a UX strategist, you put yourself in the user’s place to understand the best ways they can engage with the system. We’re looking for someone creative like you to help develop the ultimate user experience. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with UX designers and product managers to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an Agile team, you’ll act as a storyteller, helping to translate research into actionable user insights. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, interface design, usability testing, and product implementation and development. You’ll grow your experience with systems requirement development and information architecture and advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements while keeping the end-user at the center of your work. Are you ready to help our clients meet their mission by keeping the warfighter safe and enhancing national security capabilities?

You Have: 

• Experience with designing web applications

• Experience with creating wire frames and visual mock-ups

• Ability to utilize design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with creating prototypes, conducting usability testing, and working in a team

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Ability to recommend the best user experience possible while considering technical feasibility and business goals

• Possession of excellent presentation, interpersonal, client support, and collaboration skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
