Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Software Delivery 

Remote | United States or Canada

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and delivery leader for enterprise-scale software programs. This role blends client relationship management with cross-functional project leadership, ensuring outcomes are achieved with clarity, alignment, and professionalism. 

We partner with leading organizations in benefits, insurance, and financial services to solve their most complex technology challenges. You’ll serve as the bridge between client executives and internal teams—driving transparency, building trust, and ensuring delivery meets both business goals and technical standards.

What you will do:

You will oversee projects that demand both operational rigor and client-facing presence: 

• Lead client engagements: serve as the primary point of contact for client executives, ensuring consistent communication, expectation management, and confidence in delivery. 
• Drive project execution: manage Agile Release Trains, sprint planning, and release prioritization with engineering, QA, cloud ops, and product teams. 
• Oversee financials: manage budgets, WIP models, invoicing, and forecasting with accuracy and transparency. 
• Facilitate clarity: deliver executive-ready updates, project dashboards, and steering committee presentations. 
• Ensure governance: maintain documentation, JIRA tracking, SharePoint records, and financial models in alignment with organizational standards. 
• Mentor and develop: coach deputy project managers and foster collaboration across teams. 

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a project leader with both technical fluency and client-facing confidence: 

• 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise software delivery. 
• Strong background in client relationship management with the ability to influence and guide executive stakeholders. 
• Depth in Agile/Scrum with experience across multiple release trains. 
• Solid understanding of project financials, budgets, and billing processes. 
• Expertise with JIRA, SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Project (or comparable tools). 
• Excellent communication skills: able to translate complexity into clear, actionable updates for clients and internal leadership. 
• A collaborative leadership style that balances accountability with diplomacy.
