About your future role

In our ATM Business Unit, reporting to the ATM & Self Product Manager, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support the team and keep growing our business.Thanks to a dedicated internal training programme and on the job coaching, you will be gradually exposed to ATM product services topics, leading you to master all ATM products related items: standards, key functionalities, HW capabilities, IT components, maintenance and support processes, monitoring, services up to full fleet outsourcing. 

This will enable you to lead our offering in coordination with our Account Managers, focused on business topics, and with a keen eye on legal and compliance topics. In you daily activities you will be exposed to international ATM trends and markets.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Define and prioritize the development and lifecycle of our ATM Products
• Oversee and guide the offering of our Products to Customers
• Draft Business Cases for the solutions under your responsibility
• Finalize our value proposition to Customers
• Lead IT developments and service operations, coordinating communications to Customers
• Coordinate specific initiatives and projects on Customers

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• 2-3 years of experience in the ATM field, either on hardware or software 
• Degree in Engineering or similar
• Natural inclination for effective relationship management
• Proactive problem solving approach
• Attention to detail and ability to finalize actions
• Good knowledge of MS tools, mainly Excel
• Fluent English (C1 level)
