Inside Sales Representative

This is a full-time, direct placement for NetProtect, Inc.

Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) committed to supporting the Sales Team via aggressive prospecting and data management with the goal of setting First Time Appointments (FTAs) for the Outside Sales Rep.

Reporting Relationship:

The ISR reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all Sales Policies and Procedures.
• Prospect, source, and collect data needed to generate interest for new client relationships via inbound and outbound calls.
• Actively update the suspect list in NetProtect’s CRM.
• Work diligently to create FTAs for the Outside Sales Rep.

Key Metrics: 

• Dials per week.
• Conversations per week.
• FTAs scheduled per week.

Requirements

Education and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field preferred).
• Familiarity with business concepts.
• Comfortable with technology and being on camera (Video Conferencing).
• Outgoing and friendly.
• Accountability.
• Can do attitude and resilient.
• Reliable transportation.
