Job Summary

FreeWheel is looking for an Analyst 4 to join our Marketplace Yield and Analytics team. The Marketplace Yield and Analytics team acts as a strategic partner across the organization by helping stakeholders make a range of data-driven decisions. This role is a vital component for FreeWheel's Marketplace business in the Americas, which enables the most premium video inventory owners and buyers - such as Streaming Services, DSPs, TV Programmers, MVPDs, major digital media publishers, advertisers, and agencies- to drive successful business outcomes at scale. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to uncover growth opportunities, identify product enhancements, and develop robust reporting solutions. The successful candidate will require excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically while being analytical and detail oriented.

Job Description

  • Apply analytical thinking to projects designed to maximize Freewheel yield 

  • Diagnose, predict, and suggest optimizations on performance and revenue 

  • Communicate and operationalize insights for various levels of stakeholders  

  • Use SQL, Python, and/or other tools to draw insights and create models from one of the most comprehensive datasets in ad-tech, overseeing both the supply-side and demand-side of a marketplace 

  • Build and deploy internal scripts/applications to AWS to automate tools 

  • Create Looker dashboards in order to serve internal stakeholders 

Qualifications  

  • Must be highly proficient in SQL  

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts

  • Engineering or mathematical background

  • Experience with a scripting language (Python or R is a plus)

  • Must be available to work on East Coast business hours

  • Experience with Visualization BI tools (Looker or Tableau is a plus)

  • A/B testing experience is a plus 

  • Experience packaging and deploying applications to AWS, or another service, is a plus 

  • Applicants with experience in advertising technology will take priority   

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical groups

Compensation

National Pay Range: $75,441.17 USD-$176,815.23 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base
