The operations program assistant helps prepare court-involved youth to be successful citizens by providing clerical and administrative support to the Regional Program Manager and the staff of the Court Service Unit and the CSU Director in the areas of budgeting, procurement, personnel, and records management.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:
• Considerable knowledge of standard office procedures and practices
• Knowledge of state procurement process and inventory practices
• Demonstrated ability to draft and proofread correspondence
• Develop filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
• Maintain confidential records
• Analyze data and prepare reports
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
• Ability to conduct research
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and to organize and prioritize work
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, other agencies and organizations
• Ability to work independently

• Progressively responsible experience providing administrative and clerical support.
