Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
• Swimming pool experience and CPO a plus
• Reliable transportation & basic tools
• Availability for after-hours calls

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and prep units for new residents
• Supervise staff and vendor work; assist in hiring and training
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
