Job Description

Qualified candidates will be able to develop and maintain relationships with care staff to ensure fair staffing assignments, create staffing schedules according to SRG guidelines, ensure all care shifts are covered, assist and/or administers medications as prescribed by physician to residents as needed and assist Director of Assisted Living with administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• CNA or experience as caregiver.  
• First Aid / CPR certified 
• Completion of course work/training/ in medications. 
• Six months experience in related position. 
• Complies with licensing requirements. 
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with fellow team members.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and previous experience with scheduling platforms.
