We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our conversational AI and clinical automation platforms. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and healthcare experts to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions that facilitate seamless communication between patients, medical professionals, and healthcare systems.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems
• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in conversational AI, clinical automation, and healthcare IT.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud development, architecture, and deployment.
• Strong development experience in Java, C++, C#, or similar OO languages
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience driving feature design reviews, documentation
• Experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
