As a Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Global Head of Digital Health, you will be trusted to provide vital administrative support to the Global Head and the rapidly growing digital health team. This role will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing large-scale meetings, projects, and events. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings for the Global Head and/or other leadership team members as assigned
- Managing travel planning and escalations as needed
- Coordinating onsite and offsite meetings and related logistical arrangements
- Managing office space and required on-boarding preparations of new associates
- Ensuring that the organization charts, associates lists, and seating charts are updated when required
- Leading and coordinating projects and events assigned by Digital Health Leadership Team
- Collaborating closely with Finance for generation of PO requests, Goods Receipts, and processing of invoices for the department
- Assisting with department communications and other assigned tasks as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 3 Years of Relevant Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing complex administrative activities of senior-level leadership within a large organization
- Experienced with basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations (i.e., handling POs, invoicing, coordination with the finance team, etc.)
