QualificationsUnder direct supervision of the Sous Chef, washes and sanitizes all equipment and utensils used in food preparation.
Some experience in the restaurant or kitchen maintenance area is preferred. Must be 18 years of age to work in Arizona. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
