What You Will Do:

• Conduct due diligence in validating the department’s portfolio of assets and related support services by maintaining oversight, extracting relevant data while prioritizing mission essential needs, and collaborating with stakeholders, government, and commercial entities to improve processes in the branch’s supply-chain and inventory management systems.
• Develop and implement logistics business process and workflow improvements to support program, project, and initiative-level mission enablement efforts.
• Support vehicle fleet maintenance coordination as requested and support Government directed mission related materiel pick-ups and deliveries in the WMA; conduct occasional CONUS travel to support critical training and conduct accountable property audits.
• Support the logistics of internal Government events and ceremonies as requested.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Full Scope/Lifestyle (FS) polygraph
• THREE (3)+ years' of experience
• Prior experience with mission support, logistics or data entry
• Prior work experience supporting Intelligence Community federal customers

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelor degree
• FIVE (5)+ years supporting logistics and supply chain projects.
• Experience and strong working knowledge of GENESIS and HAMMERHEAD
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe.
• Ability to operate autonomously and with minimal oversight.
• Consummate professionalism while interacting with senior government stakeholders and others.
