Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll be responsible for solution design, development, testing, and deployment of the application including platform configuration, integration, building workflows, interface design, customization, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with the Product Managers and the Lead Developer to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical design. You’ll introduce an innovative technical perspective that aligns with business requirements and recommend mitigating solutions to complex business or technical issues while also incorporating industry best practices. You’ll be a hands-on designer, coder, and tester of the solution!

About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

About you

• You are a certified Salesforce Platform App Builder.
• You have experience building Lighting Web Components.
• You follow the Salesforce best practice of declarative-first solutions.
• You keep current on Salesforce solutions and your Trailhead profile reflects it.
• You use principles of object-oriented programming and design concepts when choosing existing components or developing custom solutions.
• You perform comprehensive functional testing for metadata components and strive for 90%+ coverage when developing with Apex.
• You have spent time supporting Salesforce orgs in production. 
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience as a Salesforce Developer using Lightning and Apex
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Omnistudio, and OmniForm
• Experience with debugging issues identified in other people’s code or components
• Experience with managing metadata and code in source control management system

Ideal but not required:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
• Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

California state base compensation range: $140,000 - 170,000, dependent on experience.
