We are searching for an experienced Receiving Clerk detail-oriented candidate with experience using ERP systems like SAP, Acumatica, or Oracle.

Position Summary

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming shipments and materials. This role ensures that products meet quality and quantity standards, verifies documentation, and organizes inventory for efficient storage and distribution. The Receiving Clerk collaborates with warehouse staff, vendors, and other departments to maintain accurate records and support smooth operations within the supply chain.


Key Responsabilities

-Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise in alignment with company procedures.

-Accurately record return transactions in the ERP system (SAP, Acumatica, Oracle, or similar).

-Identify and document product conditions (defective, resalable, damaged, or nonconforming).

-Prepare returned items for restocking, repairs, or disposal as appropriate.

-Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

-Assist with related warehouse duties, including lifting and moving heavy boxes.

-Communicate effectively with supervisors, vendors, and customers to resolve return discrepancies.


Qualifications & Skills

-Proven experience in returns, warehouse operations, or inventory control.

-Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Acumatica, or Oracle.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy boxes (up to company standard weight limits).

-Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) for effective communication with diverse teams.

-Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation

  • Starting pay $800 per week (Enhanced experience is subject to negotiation)

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
