Position Overview 

The Associate Director, Employer Business Development, will report to the AVP, Lilly Employer Business Development and will partner closely with the Senior Director, Employer Business Development. 

Candidates pursuing this role will play an important role in growing employer lives with Obesity Management Medication (OMM) coverage through the buildout and growth of alternative access platforms and services. This role will be focused on developing competitive intelligence, market insights and state-of-the-art environmental awareness to help develop new employer capabilities, as well as drive business growth and expand Lilly Employer market presence. 

This individual will be accountable for helping to build, as well as maintain a market intelligence capability and sustainable market intelligence
