Summary

Under minimal supervision, provide analysis, communications, and support of departmental functions relative to three core areas of responsibilities 1) corporate governance matters including Association and District elections; Association and District Board and Council, Board and Council Committee, and District Affiliates meetings; public processes; permanent records and research thereof; bond sales; 2) compliance and regulatory matters including out-of-state filings, trade names and trademarks, posting and publication of legal notices, amendments to the Association Articles of Incorporation and By-laws, District By-laws; requests for proposals over $250,000; records management of information archives; legal processes; and 3) officer/director/shareholder matters including Board and Council per diem, travel and expense statements, tours and conferences, service awards, biographical and historic information.

What You'll Do

• Analyze, report, develop, and communicate data and/or information.

• Ensure an accurate and complete record of shareholders and electors.

• Secure, maintain, and manage the permanent records of the Association, District, and District Affiliates.

• Design, program, test, and implement systems.

• Write procedures and complete special studies.

• Implement audit controls and manage assigned work.

• Complete historical research and analysis of information archives.

• Train and develop secretariat technicians.

• Serve as liaison with other SRP Departments to accomplish objectives.

• Manage confidential materials.

• Perform special studies and other duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed

All aspects of this work are confidential including information regarding compensation, budgets, executive session materials, and legal processes served on SRP. Analyst will act as project leader and review work of others.

Experience

• For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years).

• For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required
