While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

In this role, you will be a vital support to our SVP of Consumer ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the team. You will leverage your experience working with Executives to understand their priorities and manage their time effectively, while utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage tasks within large teams. A positive attitude and adaptability will be essential as you navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be part of a centralized EA/EBP team and will work cross-functionally with other Coinbase EAs, providing support and coverage for the team.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): 

• 1:1 support for SVP of Consumer consisting of all traditional EBP duties
• Partnering with multiple xfns on various projects
• Learning and understanding the Consumer org/products and overarching business priorities. 
• Co-running office of the Consumer business

• Executive presence + proactive self-starter who builds relationships quickly in a remote work environment with large teams
• Ownership mentality,  positive energy, quick learner
• Ability to think and work strategically, seeing the big picture while still caring about the details

Nice to haves:

• C-suite tech-facing experience
• Tech or crypto background

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).Pay Range: $117,385—$138,100 USD
