SUMMARY
This role will be working within Natures Way’s IT Infrastructure Team. The Senior Cloud Administrator is to oversee, administrate and optimize Natures Way’s cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Cloud Administration and Solutions along with strong skills in automation, security, and performance optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring our cloud environment is secure, scalable, and cost-efficient while supporting critical business systems. applications and development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Cloud Infrastructure Management:
  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions in Azure.
  • Oversee the full Azure environment, managing a large set of servers without heavy automatio
Networking & Connectivity:
  • Manage cloud networking, VPNs, VPCs, VNETS and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Security & Compliance:
  • Implement Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection and compliance.
  • Ensure cloud security best practices, manage IAM policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Monitoring & Performance:
  • Implement monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog) to track performance, optimize resources, and reduce costs.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery (Azure Site Recovery), and high-availability strategies.
Collaboration & Support:
  • Work closely with business units, especially internal SAP teams, in developing, maintaining infrastructure that is then delivered and maintained by internal SAP teams.
  • Act as an Azure SME for cloud-related initiatives across the organization.
Capacity Planning & Cost Management:
  • Analyze usage patterns, optimize cloud spending, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
Automation & Optimization:
  • Develop automation and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, Powershell, CloudFormation or other toolsets to reduce overall IT infrastructure cost and time

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
 Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and three to five years of experience.
