Current Pay Rates Starting at:

Standard HHA/PCA: $18.55 per hour w/ Benefits

Veteran Affairs Cases/Private Pay: $19.00 per hour

Standard Live-In: $260 per day

Staten Island: $20.00 per hour w/ Benefits-----Staten Island Veteran Affairs Cases- $22.00 per hour

Yonkers/Westchester: $20.00 w/ Benefits----- Yonkers/Westchester Veteran Affairs Cases- $22.00 per hour

Nassau/Suffolk County: $20.00 per hour w/ Benefits

Nassau Veteran Affairs Cases: $22.00 per hour

Suffolk Veteran Affairs Cases: $25.00 per hour

Staten Island, Yonkers, Westchester & Long Island Live In: $260 per day.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in friendly conversation and recreational activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
• Escort clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs
• Document daily activities, observations, and any changes in clients' conditions

What we're looking for:

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or have a valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a formal training program approved by the state
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy
