Job Summary

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, project management, and technology partners to drive projects from business case analysis through implementation. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills.​

Required Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience in healthcare, business analysis consulting, systems implementation efforts, project management managing projects or relevant health care industry experience
• Prior experience with PMI, Agile, and SDLC concepts within the delivery space.
• Experience with the Product Development Life Cycle.
• Hands-on Experience writing queries and SQL.
• 3 years experience in project management experience of large scale complex multi-million dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations. Problem resolution experience and skills .
• Analysis and Negotiations skills, including identifying complex risks and issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, including working and negotiating with diverse teams Negotiations skills.
• Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management cross-functional stakeholders (including senior management), and establishing a collaborative team environment.
• Capable of working with limited supervision and in group settings with ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities.
• Organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
• Detail oriented.
• PC proficiency to include MS Office products and VISIO

Preferred Required Job Qualifications:

• Management consulting experience
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
• Product Manager experience
• Experience supervising project teams/personnel
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare related field
• Prior experience with Medicare and Medicaid
• Affordable Care Act knowledge or other healthcare regulatory experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$82,700.00 - $149,300.00
