Job Overview
The purpose and role of the Sr. Principal Integrated Supply Chain is to build a strong relationship between MPS, S&OE and even S&OP. His/her focus will be on the E2E integration of Data, Systems, Processes and People.
The target is to establish the right tools and processes that support an E2E MPS process from Plant (including external supply inputs) to global MBR´s.
A strong collaboration and network with the regional S&OE and MPS Leads needs to be established same as a close alignment with the CVP, Systems and Process Teams to deliver an extraordinary Customer Experience for targeted Customers at optimal cost and inventory Management. The individual will also support on specific transformation projects to ensure Performance Targets on Inventory & Service are met.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
Responsible to implement and develop IBP Response in close alignment with all 3 regions and the S&OE Business process expert
Responsible to define and develop the plant MPS structure, and drives process adoption within the regions. With special focus on constrained resources planning and escalation towards Global S&OE meeting.
As responsible of the MPS process, the individual will contribute to estimate inventory projections and highlight service level performance risks and opportunities. In collaboration with the regional S&OE teams.
Responsible to develop IBP IO Roadmap in collaboration with CVP, process and systems team (BPE S&OE and BPE network distribution).
Develop an E2E Leadtime Measurement and Governance Process that ensures lean planning and inventory levels across all hierarchies.
Identify, promote and implement inventory optimization best practices to minimize costs and maximize service levels in collaboration with regional and x-functional teams
Deliver strong SC Planning input into MRP Policies and stocking strategies as well as develops global Rules of Engagement between the regions.
Responsible to flag inconsistency between Lot Sizes, Supplier MOQ´s, Customer MOQ´s that drive low service levels and/or high inventory levels – work closely with Procurement, Sales and Ops to address opportunities on a regular base.
Monitor Intercompany order behaviour to support an 80/20 Sea vs AIR planning process and logistics is in place to deliver best in class SC cost
Review and address issues in cross-BU business with Automotive either as Supplier or internal Customer
Establish the right Supplier Performance Monitoring including Consignment, Transport and Delivery, in collaboration with Business Process Expert for Upstream Planning.
Helps to drive strong Supplier performance integration in collaboration with Upstream planning and Supply Network BPE
Work very closely with all BPE to ensure System roadmap is matching with defined business Processes and those adopted and translated into best in class Performance.
Act as SC Expert
Responsible for driving productivity by automating processes.
Contribute to the transformation of the planning role (from daily execution to MPS planning mindset)
Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and enhance resilience. Ensure robust contingency plans are in place to manage disruptions and maintain continuity of operations.
Key contributor and resource assigned to support on SAP S4 for the Automotive ISC Organization, and particularly the transformation from a plant MRP to network (x-plant) MRP model including a roadmap of where Response vs S4 will be used going forward
