With a global footprint and specialized expertise, The Opus Group partners with over 70 global companies, including the world’s most influential brands.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAs the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for consultative recruitment of talent and cultivating internal relationships across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand their business and talent needs to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented in the most time-effective manner. This role will collaborate on sourcing and recruitment strategy, build relationships to become a trusted advisor, provide a best-in-class candidate experience, leverage critical thinking and influencing skills, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through the selection/sourcing process, and utilize market tools and data to meet hiring needs.In this role, you will contribute to building The Opus Group's talent and leadership pipeline to fuel our organic growth goals and achieve continued business success. This role will have a deep understanding of the talent implications of business strategies and to ensure that our talent acquisition philosophies deliver the highest impact to the business. This hands-on recruiting expert will inform, influence, and consult with our business leaders throughout all stages of the hiring process while also driving the elevation and improvement of the process itself.YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 6+ years’ professional full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology or other related discipline preferred
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with customers to develop and execute recruitment strategies in varied regional markets within a fast-paced, high-touch, multi-location environment, while maintaining ownership of the candidate and hiring manager experience
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Effectively partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to achieve success in attracting and developing top talent at The Opus Group
  • Leads all aspects of recruiting ranging from determining sourcing strategies, conducting effective and insightful screening, managing the interview process, candidate recommendation/selection, offer development/negotiation, and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provides ongoing consultation and guidance to leadership as job responsibilities evolve due to business growth and modify recruiting strategies as appropriate
  • Ability to manage and influence business leader expectations on talent availability (by leveraging market analytics), balancing between speed and quality
  • Build and maintain a strong internal network with key stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on interviewing and selection best practices
  • Challenge and educate hiring managers on talent assessment, business/talent risks of hiring certain candidates, and talent assumptions
  • Source, engage, and close passive candidates using a variety of creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods including direct sourcing, networking, internet research, non-traditional searches, and employee referrals
  • Oversees onboarding & orientation for new hires as needed - ensure new employees have successful onboard experience by partnering with appropriate parties to coordinate relevant Opus-wide trainings.
  • Continuously improve the talent acquisition process and stakeholder partnership through adaptability, influencing change, discovery sessions, process alignment, and transparent reporting
