The firm has dedicated leaders in finance, legal, compliance, IR, marketing, talent, and technology. The Chief of Staff multiplies the Managing Partner’s personal capacity: their network, their preparation, their voice, and their ability to coordinate across a growing organization.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>Network Intelligence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintains a dynamic map of the Managing Partner’s network – tracks key relationships, priorities, and next steps</li> <li>Identifies and facilitates high-value introductions, while also assisting in expanding and strengthening the network through deliberate planning</li> </ul> <p><strong>Voice and Content</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owns all external content and channels (LinkedIn, blog, podcast, video)</li> <li>Produces end-to-end content in the Managing Partner’s voice from ideation and writing to production and distribution</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Firm Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serves as the Managing Partner’s central coordination layer, flagging where leadership input is needed and ensures timely decisions</li> <li>Coordinates across legal, compliance, IR, and finance, ensuring alignment and timely execution</li> </ul> <p><strong&g
