Marketing/Advertising Production 

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as  Content  Marketing , thru all mediums including  social media , video clips posted to social , email newsletters   and traditional print , and electronic advertising  . We are marketing to Broward County's  small businesses   .This role will involve both marketing and customer service responsibilities, requiring a keen understanding of both areas to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Create engaging content both graphics , video, digital and written , for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
- Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/ roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite , light HTML ,AI ,Video 
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM software a plus

Video and digital content and production competencies are mandatory as well as excellent writing skills
