Packaging Senior Team Leader (Sapes)

Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Packaging Senior Team Leader to join our Packaging LAI team at Pharmathen’s Sapes premises.

As a Packaging Senior Team Leader you will be responsible for the smooth operations of packaging through the appropriate training, management and development of the respective personnel.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

• Follow Company's Quality Policy and comply with current operational standards and legislative requirements
• Work in accordance with the requirements of the written Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Directives and Protocols of the company's Quality System, that are related to the duties of the described position
• Follow the rules of hygiene and control of health status as defined in the relevant Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Receive approved by QC bulk product from production and all necessary packaging materials from warehouse
• Cooperate with the person responsible for all necessary in process controls
• In-room task assignments for all packaging employees of the specific shift to specific duties, based on their capabilities to ensure processes are staffed sufficiently
• Ensure qualitative and quantitative targets of the shift in charge
• Coordinate with other departments in order to ensures proper performance of equipment and packaging processes
• Report of shift deliverables and scheduling upcoming activities in coordination with management
• Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility
• Forward all waste / unused packaging materials to warehouse and records destroyed materials
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Forward finished product to warehouse filling in the necessary delivery notes
• Fill in packaging slips and forward them to Production Supervisor

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• BSc Degree or college degree in Engineering, Chemistry or relevant field
• 3-5 supervisory experience

Job-Specific Skills:

• Availability to work mainly in all shifts
• Competent in English and PC
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
• Technical background will be considered and asset
• Troubleshooting skills/Ικανότητες αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timeline
• Αbility to work independently
• Attention to detail, proven ability to work under pressure
