This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in nursing home defense litigation to continue their career development and professional advancement with a large, national firm.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently manage a caseload involving the defense of nursing home negligence claims.</li> <li>Lead all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances – trial experience is a plus.</li> <li>Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, detailed reporting, and proactive, solution-oriented counsel</li> <li>Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement agreements.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with attorneys, team members, and partners on strategic legal projects, fostering strong teamwork and knowledge-sharing</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>JD from an accredited law school</li> <li>Must be ad
