Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available for this position.</p> <p>As a member of our <strong>Global Finance team</strong>, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic financial direction. This fast‑paced role offers regular interaction with senior leadership and exposure across the organization. You will contribute to data analytics, forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting, while supporting financial leadership with actionable insights.</p> <h3>How you’ll contribute</h3> <ul> <li>Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, using SQL to identify insights and trends</li> <li>Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate financial performance to stakeholders</li> <li>Drive analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Paymode product line across revenue and expense</li> <li>Translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions by enhancing existing reporting and developing new tools</li> <li>Build financial models and perform variance and ad hoc analysis</li> <li>Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business performance and decision‑making</li> </ul> <p>If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you.</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of progressive, relevant experience; software and/or payments industry experience preferred</li> <li>Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and drive change that improves efficiency and supports growth</li> <li>Self‑motivated with a strong focus on continuous improvement</li> <l
