Founder’s Associate Intern (6-months starting Sep’25)

<h3>What we do</h3> <p>To reach the age of AI, we must build together — across borders, sectors, and agendas. In response, the ETH AI Center and Merantix launched AI House in 2023: a neutral platform fostering multi-stakeholder dialogue and bold collaboration to advance meaningful and sustainable AI across science, industry, and society.</p><p>At its core is the AI House Association, a non-profit organization headquartered in Davos, Switzerland, which leads curated dialogues year-round. Its flagship event, AI House Davos, takes place during the World Economic Forum, uniting global leaders to shape the next evolution of AI.</p><p>Participants have included pioneers like Yann LeCun, Andrew Ng, Yoshua Bengio, Raquel Urtasun, and investor Ray Dalio. The platform has featured Nobel and Turing Award winners, experts from 30 top universities, executives from leading investment firms, and AI policymakers from 10 governments and 19 international organizations.</p><p>AI House is where global collaboration meets actionable progress in AI.</p> <h3>Your role</h3> <p>We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mind to join us in shaping one of the most influential platforms in AI. As a Founder's Associate, you’ll be at the heart of building an ecosystem-first organization - helping drive momentum, excellence, and purpose at the frontier of technology and society.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li><p>Work hand-in-hand with our core team to plan, execute, and steer a wide range of high-impact operational projects - playing a key role in making the next AI House Davos and our year-round initiatives a resounding success.</p></li><li><p>Own relationships with global leaders from industry, academia, government, and tech - building bridges and keeping our ecosystem thriving.</p></li><li><p>Shape the agenda for AI House Davos - bringing your ideas to the table to spotlight the most urgent, bold, and relevant topics in the world of AI.</p></li><li><p>Keep our engine running smoothly by ensuring project materials and communication are sharp, timely, and aligned with our stakeholders.</p></li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <p>We are looking for extraordinarily driven and capable talent with an outstanding track record. You (are):</p><ul><li><p>Driven by entrepreneurship and possess a growth mindset;</p></li><li><p>Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and proactively finding creative solutions to drive results;</p></li><li><p>Have previously at least done one internships in a similar environment;</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with an in-depth attention to detail;</p></li><li><p>Passionate about creating meaningful impact and contributing to the AI revolution and excited about the opportunity to build something and work closely with stakeholders across academia, industry, policy and tech; and</p></li><li><p>Based in Zurich or Berlin and willing to occasionally travel for work, in particular to Davos.</p></li></ul>
