We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Entertainment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of entertainment programming, including planning, budgeting, and execution. The Director of Entertainment will work closely with other departments to ensure that all events are executed seamlessly and meet the expectations of our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

- Plan and execute all entertainment events, including concerts, shows, and special events.

- Manage the entertainment budget and ensure that all events are executed within budget.

- Work closely with the marketing department to promote events and increase attendance.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all events are executed seamlessly.

- Negotiate contracts with performers and vendors.

- Ensure that all events meet safety and security standards.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative entertainment offerings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in entertainment management.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

- Knowledge of safety and security standards for events.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
