Compensation: 30.04- 41.50/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) team in Kansas City, MO. About the Role:
As a Med/Surg RN, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in line with standards of care and disease-specific protocols.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care and oversee non-licensed nursing staff, adhering to policies and scope of practice.

• Deliver patient and family education, addressing emotional support needs based on age, culture, and condition.

Department Details:

• Unit Type: Med/Surg (specialty focus on Neuro, Ortho, and Nephrology).

• Beds per Unit: 49.

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (does not need to be recent).

• Education: ADN or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.

• Licensure/Certification:

  • Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license.

  • BLS certification required upon hire.
