About the team + role

The Customer Intelligence and AI (CIAI) team is a specialized Data Science unit within Corporate Strategy. Our goal is to deepen insights into customer behaviors and satisfaction using NPS, technical benchmarking and refine the application of data science, machine learning, and AI to improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies across the company.

We partner with several teams across Robinhood including: Data, Product, Marketing, Eng, Finance, and Research. Our work drives operational efficiency, company-wide strategy and is integrated into DS/AI pipelines.

The Technical Benchmarking Senior Associate/Manager will help develop and own the team’s Technical Benchmarking capabilities, in addition to taking on a range of research, analytical and reporting activities. This role will partner closely with our Competitive Benchmarking function.

As a member of the CIAI team, your day-to-day will include a mix of new technical projects (e.g. working with the LLMs to enable work streams), deep dives on areas of interest (e.g. evaluating Robinhood’s performance vs. competitors) and rolling responsibilities (e.g. updating models and monitoring the quality of data sources). In joining the team, you will support our efforts to measure company performance and improve decision making, in the most efficient way possible.

The ideal candidate will be a technical strategist, excelling in quantitative work such as modeling, statistics, and programming while being able to conduct research, analyze data and progressively take on more strategic responsibilities.

The role is located in the office location(s) listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.
