Requirements

To be considered for the Travel Certified Nursing Assistant position at NCG Associates, you must have a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a CNA is preferred. You should have a strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role. Additionally, you should possess physical endurance and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects. Flexibility to travel and work in different locations, as well as availability to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
