Responsibilities
1. Oversee data analysis for TikTok Shop's global logistics operations.
2. Drive the enhancement of operational performance metrics; support top management by monitoring performance and delivering detailed analytical reports.
3. Lead strategic collaborations with logistics teams to improve lead times, reduce costs, and enhance logistics ratings; influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
4. Provide high-level support and optimization recommendations to local operation teams through in-depth data analysis.
5. Collaborate with Product and ETL teams to define system requirements, develop advanced data products, and implement new features to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, management consulting, or business strategy.
- Proficient in SQL and knowledgeable in Python.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in conducting independent research and analytics with strong logical frameworks, data sensitivity, and communication skills.
- Experience in cross-regional and cross-cultural environments is a plus; highly energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $139650 - $256500 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
