Your role in our mission
The Cloud Manager Service Delivery will manage a team of 20-40 resources that directly interfaces with clients. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience and knowledge of industry’s best practice and processes of developing analytics and report in the AWS and Azure cloud. Responsibilities encompasses sourcing data to delivering end results to the clients. Allocates staff and monitor deliverables to ensure client and project needs are met in a timely manner. Directly engage with clients as needed to ensure business needs are met. Address clients’ issues and concerns. Must be client savvy and ability to develop trusting relationships with clients and partners.
Performs regular evaluation sessions with each direct hire coaching and mentoring them in their career trajectory. Responsible for all processes around securing new talent including the job posting, interview process, onboarding, evaluation, and conversion. Employs leadership skills to assist in the clearing of all obstacles for the team.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Eight or more years in the Health Care industry.
- Eight or more years in the IT or product management field.
- Five or more years working in AWS and Azure cloud.
- Five or more years working with analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Required Skills:
- Experience interviewing, hiring, reviewing, and promoting talent..
- First-hand knowledge of a Consulting environment.
- Ability to quickly learn processes and procedures to ensure team member adoption.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing client interactions and relationships.
- Comfort-level presenting to business stakeholders and executives.
- Proactively tracks high-performing individuals for retention.
- Experience with documentation and corrective actions dealing with problem employees.
- Knowledge of the privacy laws around legally protected PHI / PII HIPAA data.

The pay range for this position is $86,700.00 - $123,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
