Position Overview

ARMA Global/GDIT is seeking an experienced Senior Research Analyst to support mission-critical DoD operations in Tampa, FL. This role demands a versatile researcher and writer who can tackle complex problems across any topic, adapt rapidly to shifting customer priorities, and produce high-quality analytical products under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can examine and test solutions to multifaceted challenges, and excels at briefing findings to diverse audiences.

Primary Responsibilities - Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive research on diverse topics — including technology, vendors, emerging threats, market dynamics, and strategic issues.

• Examine complex problems, test potential solutions, and develop actionable analytical assessments.

Writing & Product Development

• Produce high-quality analytical products — including white papers, briefings, slide decks, and detailed reports.

• Translate technical or abstract concepts into clear, concise narratives for diverse audiences.

Customer Support & Adaptability

• Rapidly adapt to shifting priorities and evolving customer needs.

• Support the open-source research team by providing assessments on technologies, vendors, and events.

• Brief findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high analytical rigor.
