The Role 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to drive, own, oversee and coordinate multiple high-impact strategic projects and transformation initiatives within Blip. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of Blip's strategy and strategic initiatives, by managing complex programs, and ensuring alignment with cross divisional teams. The selected candidate will support the General Manager and Blip’s Leadership in all their initiatives by using strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, & business awareness. 
 

What You’ll Be Doing 

Own and Drive Strategic Programs: 

• Own, plan, and implement high-impact cross-functional projects and change initiatives for Blip, ensuring alignment with the Blip’s strategic goals. 

• Ensure the translation of strategic priorities into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with the teams.  

• In partnership with GM and Blip’s Leadership, explore possibilities and different scenarios to help them navigate change and shape Blip’s strategy and long-term plan aspirations. 

 

Leadership, Problem-Solving & Business awareness: 

• Outstanding leadership skills to ensure the selected candidate is seen as a role model and able to influence teams with its knowledge and experience of delivery and agile ways of working. 

• Capacity to analyze Blip’s business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations, conduct strategic assessments and present alternative solutions with clear pros/cons analysis and with suggested implementation of roadmaps.
