Job Description
Level Associate WHS Tech Job Description:
The WHS Logistics Assoc. Warehouse Technician is responsible for providing direct support to manufacturing areas and operating under the direction of the Logistics Manager.
Must adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices, standard Operating Procedures and execute according to established safety standards.
Demonstrates, at all times, safe work habits and maintains a safe work environment. Understands and complies with all safety and company policies and procedures.
Pick and Deliver materials to the IPT KanBan in a timely manner.
Pick material based on transfer request requirements on a first expiry, first out (FEFO) basis.
Issue materials in SAP via Inventory Transaction Entry.
Receive material in SAP via Inventory Transaction Entry.
Performs required data entry functions in SAP to execute the receiving/shipping processes.
Operates forklift or powered lift to load onto freight truck.
Perform regular cycle counts, ensuring system inventory accuracy.
Education Requirement:
- High School
Required Experience and Skills:
- SAP
- Forklift Operational Experience
- cGMP Warehouse experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flexible work schedule.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- SAP Subject Matter Expert
- Current Forklift Certification
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Cold Chain Management practices.
- Demonstrated usage of decision-making and problem-solving abilities in alignment with business objectives. #SHPE2025
