iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor, Clinical Operations in our San Francisco or Deerfield office. Our work environment is fast paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include:
- Will support night shift
- Responsible for day- to-day staff management
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support and recognition
- Assist manager with employee disciplinary process and follow through to resolution
- Partner with manager in assessing and conducting performance reviews for staff
- Facilitate the ongoing development of staff to ensure iRhythm’s performance standards are met
- Responsible for day-to-day production queue management and troubleshooting to ensure departmental and budget goals are achieved
- Administer day-to-day activities of the AT Transmission Service in accordance with established policies to provide high quality monitoring services
- Contribute to the strategic management, planning, and leadership of the company
- Support Clinical Management in the recruitment, screening, interviewing of employee candidates
- Ensure compliance with all state and regulatory agencies
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the quality management and quality improvement programs for AT Transmission Services
- Track performance metrics and evaluate process improvements adherence
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Standard Operations Policy and Procedure Manual
- Provide feedback and consultation for process improvements to ensure programs and services are implemented such that patients receive the highest level of care
- Support Clinical Management in cross functional projects and engagements
- Partner with managers on sales and physician troubleshooting skills development
- Review and make recommendations for the improvement and enhancement of current services and development of new services
- Coordinate with the Clinical training team on continuing education for existing staff and new hires
- Adherence to HIPAA Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices
- As needed, assist in the scanning of AT Transmissions
- Assist with compilation of production records for investigative review and account servicing
About you:
You are an experienced Supervisor of cardiac technicians who has:
- 2 years of production supervisory experience
- Knowledge and recognition of EKG rhythms, arrhythmias, and rhythm disturbances
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking skills
- BSN or BS in a related field or discipline is preferred
- Current IL or CA RN licensure, paramedic license or CCT certification, or ability to be certified within 120 days of hire
- Familiarity with Holter Scanning software and equipment
- Prior experience leading/managing employee development and small teams
- Demonstrated capability in clinical quality assurance processes
- Ability to assess needs, identify problems, explore alternatives, and implement solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Display high level of energy to working under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Must maintain an open mind and be able to adapt in a rapidly changing work environment
- Proven ability to inspire leadership skills in all clinical positions and facilitate a team environment
- Ability to apply theories of group process and group dynamics in a leadership role
- Drive for self-development and professional growth
- Willingness to continue improving leadership skills by attending leadership off-sites and company required leadership training – online modules and/or leadership classes as deemed appropriate by iRhythm
- Must possess excellent customer relations and phone skills
