Position Summary
The Sr. Director of Enterprise Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Commercial Enablement is a strategic leader within Labcorp’s Biopharma Lab Services (BLS) CGT enterprise team. This person is responsible for aligning and integrating initiatives geared towards accelerating CGT commercial growth across BLS. This role serves as a key connector and collaborator across a matrixed organization, aligning internal stakeholders, enhancing CGT capabilities, and fostering internal and external partnerships to accelerate business expansion. By leveraging industry knowledge and market insights along with deep understanding of the BLS organization, the incumbent will lead initiatives that strengthen commercial readiness, optimize client engagement, and unlock cross-functional opportunities. In support of these strategies, the role will also collaborate to oversee and coordinate CGT-specific commercial training and contribute to the development and execution of strategies that position Labcorp as a leader in the rapidly evolving CGT industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive cross-functional CGT commercial strategies by collaborating across BLS business units to identify, prioritize and support high-impact CGT commercial growth opportunities that align with enterprise CGT strategic initiatives and maintain consistency across an array of enterprise-wide strategies.
Serve as a strategic liaison between CGT leadership and commercial teams to ensure goal alignment and execution along with seamless and effective integration of new CGT solutions and initiatives.
Accelerate CGT business enablement through internal coordination for the design and implementation of targeted commercial training programs. Additionally, align these efforts with broad planning and actionable strategies informed by new and existing CGT services, client needs, and market trends.
Deep knowledge/understanding of CGT capabilities to successfully represent enterprise CGT internally and externally by participating in internal meetings, external client workshops, reviews, and partnership meetings to promote offerings, foster engagement, and strengthen relationships.
Provide leadership and/or oversight for key CGT initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and supporting cross-business strategic solutions that drive commercial success.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree. Preference for degree in a scientific discipline.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in global drug development (pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO).
Minimum 6 years prior experience in a collaborative commercial role such as partnership solutions, business development, or marketing within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Labcorp’s Biopharma Lab Services business
Understanding of the cell and gene therapy landscape and industry dynamics
Advanced degree such as MS or MBA
PMP certification

Pay Range: $175k - $200k annual salary (USD)
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
