HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

• Performs secretarial and routine administrative duties for the VicePresident/Chief Financial Officer. Supervises Administrative Assistant toExecutive Director of Finance and oversees general operation of FinanceOffice.

Reports To:

• Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Supervises:

• Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of Finance (EDF)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

• AA,Vocational/Technical School Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
•  

Required Experience:

• Five (5) years of executive office management experience required.

Preferred Experience:

•  Eight (8)years experience preferred.
