OVERVIEW

We hand you a full calendar of qualified prospects every day. You close. No prospecting. No cold calling. No pipeline generation. No RFP writing. No conference schmoozing. Your only job is to get on Zoom, run the conversation, and close. 

Our top-performing closers earn $200K+ annually. Here's the math: 8 deals/month at an average of $8,000 MRR ($96K ACV) with accelerators and retention bonuses. The commission is uncapped. The leads are provided. The product sells. You just have to be the person who can close it.

WHAT WE DO 

Interdependence is the fastest-growing AI-powered marketing communications firm in the country with a growing automation solution. We build and deploy AI systems that help companies efficiently scale operations, revenue -faster than traditional teams. 

What makes us different: we don’t just advise, we implement and guarantee outcomes. While traditional agencies charge retainers for effort, we deliver measurable results through automation, agent creation, data, and execution. Our technology identifies opportunities, deploys workflows, and drives performance across marketing, sales, and operations. 

We typically work with the C suite at companies with 50–200+ employees across a range of industries. Our average engagement is $8–15K/month, with deals ranging from $8K to $20K/month. We are scaling and need closers who want to be part of that run. 

 

THE ROLE 

You will run 4–5 qualified sales presentations per day over Zoom with decision-makers who have already expressed interest. The sales cycle is 2 calls: Call 1 is discovery and qualification. Call 2 is a customized proposal and close. The typical cycle is 30–60 days. 

Your monthly target is 6-8 closed deals. Our team writes the proposal, and you schedule the close. You are supported by a sales coach, a proposal team, and a leadership team that has built and scaled this motion across multiple brands.

AI Automation and Agentic Systems — end-to-end workflow automation and agentic systems across marketing, sales, and operations. Replace manual work with scalable systems. 

You start with core automation solutions and expand as you ramp. The best closers sell across multiple offering
