MRI Application Specialist
Starting date: February 2025
Compensation package: $68,750- $75,625 in yearly salary, and up to $21.651,70 in equity.
Work model: Full-time, hybrid in Houston, Texas
Your role
As an MRI Application Specialist, you play a key role in driving our innovation initiatives by assisting in setting up and validating system performance in the poultry sector.
You contribute to laying the groundwork for our advancements by managing and performing data acquisition for our cutting-edge MRI imaging systems. You will be working with an interdisciplinary innovation team, primarily collaborating with MRI scientists, data scientists, and data platform specialists to drive cutting-edge solutions. You will help organize logistics, support test runs, and ensure the smooth operation of
our unique MRI technologies.
With strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will be integral to our mission of unleashing AI-powered imaging for everyone and everything, helping us push the boundaries of what's possible in imaging.

Your day-to-day
On a typical day, you will:
● Perform Data Acquisition for Applications, manage and automate trial processes to streamline data acquisition and improve operational efficiency. Ensure accurate and consistent capture of unique data points, optimizing data integrity and workflow.
● Monitor and track system performance, by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple data resources using scientific methods.
● Review and annotate MRI scans, following established protocols and guidelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of the images and results of the annotations.
● Travel frequently, to customer sites for on-site support and system monitoring.
● Collaborate, effectively within a multidisciplinary team, working closely with team members from diverse fields to achieve shared goals.
● Ensure accurate traceability throughout the project lifecycle by tracking and documenting all processes, data, and materials from inception to completion.

Competencies, Experience, and Skills:
● Apply a data-driven approach, utilizing rigorous experimental research methods to gather evidence and ensure high-quality results.
● Demonstrate strong attention to detail, combining precision and excellent hand-eye coordination to carefully handle and examine test samples.
● Willingness and ability to travel to various U.S sites, and you possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
● Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be collaborating across teams, sharing insights, and presenting ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
