Summary

 

The Project Manager position will sit within IT PMO but will be partnering with business units, technical units within Graphic Packaging International and external partners, to coordinate projects and to ensure that prioritization and execution plans are in place for all critical areas, as well as to ensure knowledge and expertise on relevant technologies are in place. The Project Manager will lead all the high priority initiatives.  You will support the team to keep their timelines on track, monitor the evolution of the project through milestones and produce all levels of reporting to relevant stakeholders.

 

Required Skills:

  • Project management experience in a global, multi-cultural and multi-site environment
  • Demonstrated ability in driving large-scale projects running over multiple years across operations and IT in a global institution with multiple stakeholder groups at various levels within the organization
  • Extensive delivery and implementation experience
  • Project Management Certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in MS Project
  • Experience in Agile methodology preferred
  • Domain knowledge in manufacturing preferred
  • Organizational change management experience
  • Experience with technology as well as non-technology projects
  • Assertive leadership and exceptional communication, coaching & mentoring skills
  • Significant senior stakeholder management, budget control, project reporting and escalation
  • Drive adoption by stakeholders and user populations, and delivering anticipated benefits
